Meet the Band
Two of us really are named Jon. So we all became Jonnys. It made sense at the time.
Lead Guitar, Keyboards, Vocals
Plays lead guitar and keys, often in the same song, and makes it look annoyingly easy. By day, Dr. Crassidis is a SUNY Distinguished Professor of aerospace engineering who tracks space junk for NASA and the Space Force. By night, he launches guitar solos into orbit. (Yes, he's the reason we're called Astro Galaxy Sound.)
Bass Guitar, Vocals
Thundering bass, big vocals, bigger personality. Scott brings the R&B, hip-hop and funk to the band, plus a healthy dose of humor and theatrical flair. Greg’s brother, and he’ll tell you he’s the fun one.
Drums, Vocals
Drums, triggers, vocals, and a grin that never quits. Jonny keeps the whole ship on time. He also made the astronaut banner on our homepage, so this website owes him one.
Rhythm Guitar, Harmonica, Vocals
Rhythm guitar, harmonica, and lead vocals shared with Jonny Beats. Greg collects guitars and brings a different one to every gig he can get away with. Scott’s brother, and he’ll tell you he’s the fun one.
